Iyengar Yoga Level Intermediate 3
Iyengar Yoga develops strength, flexibility and balance. The Iyengar method emphasises attention to detail and correct body alignment, helped by the use of props. Previous experience of Iyengar Yoga (at levels 1 & 2) is essential for this level. (See Liz Ward, Tuesday nights for Levels 1&2)
